She has extensive experience in healthcare education and compliance and serves on statewide committees focused on healthcare access, workforce development, and clinical transformation.
Jessica Guy, program manager for HomeTown Health, provides grant management services to multiple states to support rural healthcare innovation, drawing on her background in program development, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. She has more than 25 years of experience in rural hospital administration, physician practices, and quality improvement initiatives under value-based care models.
