Arman Samani
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Arman Samani brings more than 20 years of healthcare technology leadership experience, specializing in EHR, revenue cycle management, and healthcare software. Prior to joining Azalea Health as CEO, he served as president of Net Health’s Therapy Division and held executive leadership roles at AdvancedMD, Tebra, and MEDHOST.
Baha Zeidan
FOUNDER AND CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Baha Zeidan is the founder and chief strategy officer of Azalea Health. He founded the company in 2008. Over 18 years as CEO, Baha built Azalea into a provider of a cloud-based health IT platform that serves more than 7,000 providers and 22 million patients across rural and community healthcare settings. He transitioned to chief strategy officer in October 2026 and continues to serve on the board of directors. As chief strategy officer, he leads M&A and key client and partner relationships.
James Norris
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
James Norris brings more than 12 years of finance leadership experience, with expertise in financial planning, accounting, fundraising, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Azalea Health as CFO, he served as chief financial officer at Springbuk, a healthcare technology company, and advised B2B SaaS companies through High Alpha. James is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Jared Lisenby
CHIEF SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Jared has spent more than 20 years turning healthcare IT challenges into growth. At Azalea, he leads sales, marketing, and business strategies that help clinics thrive. Proud Auburn alum and Alabama native, he lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Nathan Shepard
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Nathan has more than 15 years helping physicians overcome challenges in patient care and profitability, leading a client-facing team to tackle important issues. He holds degrees in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from UT Austin and UC San Diego.
Peter Chang
CHIEF CLIENT OFFICER
Peter is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years building go-to-market and post-sales teams. At Azalea Health, he leads revenue growth and shapes the account management team. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in IT from NYU.
Shawn Gingrich
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Shawn has more than 30 years in human resources and operations, aligning people strategy with company mission and vision. He leads a team that collaborates across the organization to optimize engagement, productivity, career growth, and culture.
Lauralie Stierly
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
Lauralie Stierly brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience to Azalea Health. Her expertise spans revenue cycle management (RCM), operations, and organizational performance. Her background includes physician practices, dialysis networks, and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), including serving as chief operating officer for an FQHC startup. At Azalea Health, she leads RCM operations with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
