How Patients Can Use the myHealthspot Portal
Download the myHealthspot app on your mobile phone. Once you have the app, you can access the myHealthspot patient portal with the login information your provider gave you. If you need the information again, simply contact your provider.
If your provider gave you a link to use to access myHealthspot, use that link to sign in. The link might start with “sso” and include a code for your provider’s office, such as tenant=12345.
About the myHealthspot Patient Portal
The myHealthspot patient portal is an online personal health record (PHR) portal that lets patients interact and communicate with their healthcare provider one-on-one anytime. It helps improve communication and patient engagement. And it helps clinics comply with Promoting Interoperability (PI) programs.
In the portal, patients can view their reported allergies, history, lab results, and medication list, including current and past prescriptions. They can also see statements and pay bills online, and update their demographic and insurance information from anywhere anytime. All while keeping everyones’ data secure and HIPAA-compliant.
