Every practice — and every provider — has different documentation needs. See how the Azalea Health Ambulatory EHR lets you create and edit chart templates during implementation or at any time. You can also import templates from a library and use them as they are or customize them to fit your workflows.

You don’t need to create charts from scratch for each encounter.
Easily create your own chart templates or choose from a library of pre existing templates in the Azalea Health Ambulatory EHR. Also, edit any template anytime.
To create your own chart template with Azalea, click Settings. Click the Medical tab. Click Chart Template. Here, we’ll create a template for a Family Medicine Primary Care office visit.
Select groups and or users to determine who has access to the template.
Next, check or uncheck options to build your template. You can populate text or variables as needed. You can also pull in clinical images, diagnoses, or procedure codes. Add any diagnosis codes that you want pre populated, as well as care plans, recalls, and other information.
Click Save.
And just like that, your template is ready to use for the next applicable encounter.
Using or editing an existing template is just as easy. Select the blue import from library button to access a list of available templates.
Search by keyword, phrase, or specialty.
Pick your chosen template or templates. Click preview to see a template. Select the red import button to add any number of templates to your chart template list.
From your chart template list, you can edit a template anytime, including users who have access.
It’s that easy to create or customize chart templates for your practice with Azalea.
