Azalea Health has welcomed Curogram to the Azalea Apps Integration Partnership Program, giving healthcare organizations using the cloud-based Azalea Health EHR access to the Curogram patient communication platform.
The integration connects patient and appointment data between the Azalea Health and Curogram solutions to help healthcare organizations reduce duplicate data entry and streamline patient communication. Curogram adds two-way texting, automated appointment reminders, digital patient forms, online scheduling, text-to-pay, and workflow automation to help support more efficient front-office workflows.
The capabilities of the Curogram platform complement the Azalea EHR to help ambulatory practices further reduce time spent on outbound calls and repetitive administrative tasks while giving patients more convenient ways to communicate with their providers. Practices also gain added tools to automate appointment communication, simplify intake, and manage patient responses from a centralized platform.
